Dr Victoria Woollard (BSc, MSc, PsychD)
Specialist Clinical Psychologist - Health conditions, Neurological conditions, Adjustment, Mental Health Difficulties.
I aim to create a space that feels human rather than clinical. One that’s both relatable and supportive. I see therapy as a collaborative process: my role is to help you explore challenges, identify patterns, and develop the skills and perspective to move forward in a way that feels right for you. While you’re the expert on your own life, I can offer a different lens and practical tools to support your growth. I like to work in an integrative way and we can think together about the appropriate approach that works for you.
My professional focus is in health and neuropsychology, areas I’ve become increasingly passionate about over time. I currently practice within a busy London hospital, working closely with medical teams to promote psychological wellbeing alongside physical health. In this setting, I advocate for care that looks beyond diagnoses to consider the whole person, integrating psychological, emotional, and social factors into treatment and recovery.
My aim is to help individuals live meaningful lives, even in the face of health challenges, and to foster resilience and self-compassion throughout that process.
